1. About MarbleMandi

MarbleMandi is an online marketplace that connects marble, granite, stone, and tile sellers with buyers.
MarbleMandi acts only as a technology platform and does not manufacture, own, or directly sell products unless clearly mentioned.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older
• Sellers must ensure they are legally allowed to sell stone or construction materials
• Information provided must be accurate and lawful

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers are fully responsible for:
  • Product quality, grading, thickness, polish, and finish
  • Accurate product images and descriptions
  • Pricing, stock availability, and dispatch
• MarbleMandi is not responsible for differences in color, veins, shade, or texture, as natural stone varies by nature

4. Product Images & Uploads

• Images uploaded by sellers must belong to them or be legally usable
• Cropped images are stored for product display
• Any misleading or fake images may result in account suspension
• Images are only in pure form of real product no extra text and images this may result in account suspension even your account in any plans

5. Orders & Payments

• Orders placed through the platform are subject to seller acceptance
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• MarbleMandi does not store card, UPI, or bank details

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Marble and stone delivery timelines are estimates only
• Delivery delays due to transport, weight, weather, or handling conditions are not our responsibility
• Risk during transit lies with logistics providers and sellers unless stated otherwise

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the heavy, customized, and natural nature of marble products:

• Returns may not be accepted once dispatched
• Refunds, if applicable, depend on seller policy and damage verification
• Shade, texture, and natural variations are not considered defects

8. Prohibited Use

Users must NOT:

• Upload copyrighted or fake content
• List illegal or restricted materials
• Misrepresent product origin or quality
• Attempt to misuse, hack, or damage the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, UI design, platform structure, and content belong to MarbleMandi and may not be copied without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

MarbleMandi is not liable for:

• Product defects or seller disputes
• Natural variations in stone
• Business losses or indirect damages
• Transport or handling issues

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user or seller account found violating policies without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
